The mission of Shenandoah Valley Apartment Association (SVAA) is to unite those engaged in the ownership and management of the residential rental industry and organizations who serve the industry. SVAA will be the business advocate for it's membership in the Shenandoah Valley area which it serves by promoting the enactment of appropriate local, state and national legislation, as well as educational courses.
