PBAA The Permian Basin Apartment Association is a local trade association whose membership consists of apartment owners, rental housing management professionals and industry service providers. Sixteen counties of West Texas are within the boundaries of PBAA: Andrews, Crane, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler. This organization provides its members with resources, educational programs and legislative information about the rental industry as a whole and how it impacts West Texas in particular.
