The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a professional trade organization representing the rental housing industry. We have over 400 members, which includes just over 24,000 rental units in the Lubbock and South Plains area. Our members include owners, management companies, and businesses that offer products and services to the industry. We strive to uphold integrity in the rental housing industry. Our purpose is uniting, supporting, and fostering communication between, owners, managers, and product / service vendors directly associated with and affected by the rental housing industry.
