The Upper State Apartment Association (USAA) represents the entire upstate area of South Carolina. Since 1979, USAA has represented our area in regulatory and legislative issues that are vital to your business. USAA continually raises awareness of the industry through outstanding education and public relations. The USAA currently represents over 25,000 units through 125 apartment communities and 100 vendor members.
