The Greater Dayton Apartment Association is a professional trade organization representing the multifamily industry. Our mission is to provide educational courses and seminars promoting apartment professionalism and to monitor legislation and inform legislators on issues that may effect the multi-housing industry.

The GDAA is governed by the Board of Directors which is composed of 15 members. (eight Primary members, five Associate Members, one Affiliate Member and one Public Housing member).
