The Houma-Thibodaux Apartment Association is a professional organization of apartment owners, managers and suppliers to the apartment industry, who are dedicated to orderly growth and development, high standards of business ethics and fair treatment and protection of rights of residents.

The apartment association was founded 1975 to serve apartment owners and vendors. The association is committed to offering professional service, education and legislative issues that face our industry. HTAA represents 3500 apartment units and strives to keep members educated in every facet of the industry.
