The Apartment Association of Kansas City was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry along with the National Apartment Association and the Kansas and Missouri associations.  Together we provide legislative insight on a local, state and national level.  We serve 583 members with over 52,023 units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities.  Also included are 201 Supplier Partners who provide products and services to our industry.
