The Idaho Rental Owners and Managers Association (IROMA) is a non-profit trade association. IROMA member properties range from single family homes to large apartment communities in all price ranges.

We promote education and professionalism in the rental housing industry.

We offer monthly meetings, a monthly newsletter, a monthly magazine, leases and legal forms to our members and we provide training in property management, crime prevention, maintenance and a variety of legal topics.

In addition to owners and managers of rental properties, our members also include many businesses that provide a wide variety of products and services to fellow members.
