Together with the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, The First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) provides legislative advocacy on local, state, and national levels.  Together, we’ve tackled issues like lease termination fees, fire safety codes, maintenance licensing, and balanced housing policies – issues that would be impossible for members to tackle on
their own.
