Weld County Apartment Association

The Weld County Apartment Association (WCAA) is located in the fast-growing city of Greeley, Colorado, enjoying both the beautiful mountains, as well as the plains, of Northern Colorado. It was formed and organized for the purpose of providing networking and educational opportunities to Owner / Managers, as well as Vendors, in supporting the local real estate rental market to provide safe, affordable housing to the public, compensate its workforce equitably, provide investors with a fair and reasonable rate of return, and coordinate, cooperate and communicate with local City and County rental housing requirements.
