The Nor Cal Rental Property Association, formerly known as San Joaquin County Rental Property Association, is a non-profit organization serving residential and commercial rental property owners and property managers since 1908, chartered in 1935. In 2011, with the assistance of our affiliate the National Apartment Association, we expanded our territory to include the growing needs of our neighboring communities in Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mariposa and Calaveras counties. Members of the Association own or manage over 30,000 rental properties from residential single family dwellings and apartment communities to commercial spaces and buildings. NCRPA offers a variety of products and services which directly contribute to the success of our member's rental businesses.
