The Tri-City Apartment Association is a professional nonprofit organization of apartment owners, managers, builders, investors, and other interested in and related to the multifamily housing industry.
The members of the Association have pledged themselves to maintain the highest standards of apartment operation and construction. They operate at the highest level ofprofessional multifamily management. We use continuing education so that every apartment community is operated in the most professional manner. Each resident receives the best service.
The primary functions of this Association are legislative and educational. Our purpose is to promote the apartment industry on a local, state, and national level.
