The Greater Lexington Apartment Association is an Educational and Legislative Trade Association. Our members are Owners, Management Companies, Managers, and Associates/Suppliers who provide products and services to the Multi-Family Housing Industry. By working together we are able to accomplish goals that are difficult or impossible to achieve on an individual basis.
It is important that we, as an Association, work together on Legislative Issues. Over the past few sessions in Frankfort, along with the Louisville and Northern Kentucky Apartment Associations, we have addressed some very important legislative issues including Occupancy Standards, Telecommunication (satellite dishes), and Lead-Based Paint.
