Mission Statement: An organization of cooperative members dedicated to the enhancement of the rental housing industry through education, networking, information, leadership, professionalism and community mindedness.
Purpose: The Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association (NoCoRHA) gives the multi-housing industry credibility and prestige in the Fort Collins business world. It is the only association in Larimer County dedicated exclusively to the rental housing industry. Our Chapter includes a diverse membership consisting of private owners, investors, professional property managers, on-site personnel, real estate agents, CSU Housing, and vendors and suppliers of related housing goods and services.
